Plan Review

Two (2) sets of building plans and/or specifications shall be submitted, with our Plan Review Submittal Form.

Drawings should be drawn to scale and shall provide the necessary information to verify compliance with the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code.

 

The construction drawings shall include (but not limited to):

Site Plan Drawing, Structural Drawings, Foundation Drawings, Floor Plans, Roof Framing Drawings, Floor Framing Drawings, Electrical Drawings, Mechanical Drawings, Plumbing Drawings & Energy Compliance (REScheck)

 

Permit Applications
